You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unused and returned with the original packaging. If an item has a quality issue, contact us so we can review it and help.

To begin a return:

  1. Email info@crossmalls.my with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will send you return instructions.
  3. Ship the item to:

Return shipping is free for eligible returns. We do not charge a restocking fee. Returns that do not meet the conditions above may not be accepted.

After we receive your return, we process the refund within 1–2 business days. The refund goes back to your original payment method. Once processed, it can take 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method. This depends on your bank or payment provider.
