We ship to the contiguous United States only. Shipping is free on every order in this area.

Processing
Orders are prepared in 1–2 business days. Weekends and holidays are not business days. If you order on a weekend or holiday, preparation starts on the next business day.

Delivery
After preparation, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. This is an estimate. Weather, carrier issues, and other events can change the arrival date.

Carrier and tracking
We select a qualified carrier for each order. All carriers we use provide tracking. When your order leaves our facility, we email tracking details to the address used at checkout.

Address accuracy
Please review your shipping address before you order. If the address is wrong or incomplete, delivery may be delayed or fail. If you need to correct an address after ordering, email info@crossmalls.my as soon as possible.
